These terms apply to use of elment.ae. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Website purpose
This website provides general information about Elment's proposed services. It is not a contractual offer, professional advice, or a guarantee that a particular workflow, integration, timeline, result, or price is available.
Proposals and client work
A client relationship begins only when both sides agree to a separate written proposal or agreement. That document will define the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, fees, timing, support, data handling, acceptance criteria, and exit terms.
Founding client program
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance into the founding client program. Availability, fit, scope, timing, and pricing are confirmed after an initial discussion and documented in writing.
Clinic and healthcare use
Elment's clinic examples concern administrative and front-desk workflows. The website and general enquiry channel are not medical services, do not provide diagnosis or clinical advice, and must not be used for emergencies or to submit patient information. Healthcare deployments require a separate security, data, hosting, consent, and compliance review.
Third-party services
Proposed workflows may depend on services such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google Business Profile, calendars, CRMs, booking systems, and hosting providers. Their availability, approvals, pricing, policies, and technical behavior are controlled by those providers and may change.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, transmit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The Elment name, website design, copy, graphics, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the public website, but you may not reproduce or commercially reuse its materials without permission.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elment is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information or by third-party platforms outside Elment's control.
