The website enquiry form asks for your name, business name, WhatsApp number, and the workflow you want to discuss.

The website itself does not submit or store that form on an Elment server. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you review the message and press Send in WhatsApp.

Please do not send patient information, medical records, identity documents, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data through the general website or WhatsApp enquiry.

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, sell personal information, or offer user accounts on this website.

We use business contact information to respond to enquiries, assess whether a proposed pilot is a fit, prepare a proposal, operate and secure the website, and comply with applicable obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not enroll you in marketing messages or create a client relationship.

The website is hosted by Vercel. If you choose to send the prepared message, WhatsApp processes that communication under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may use professional service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you, secure our systems, or meet legal obligations.

We retain business correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, manage a business relationship, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations.

No online service is completely secure. We use reasonable organizational and technical measures appropriate to the information and the service being provided.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask about the personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or object to certain uses.
